The modern database for the sports club.
VVwin Club Management uses following program files and application files:
Program files are the files which are needed, so that with the database program can be worked. There are database files which contain the information to the database. Furthermore there are application files and auxiliary files.
VVwin program files are given as a compiled version of the database management system R:BASE® of R:BASE Technologies, Inc.
This DBMS puts on four Database files on the hard disk:
verein.rx1
verein.rx2
verein.rx3
verein.rx4.
· File 1 contains the definition of the database structure.
· File 2 contains the tables with the data. The data of all ranges from VVwin – like Member Administration, Fee Management, Financial Accounting and Sports Use – are combined in this file.
· File 3 contains the values of Constraints, Keys und Indizes.
· File 4 contains the layout of the forms and reports as well as all BLOBs.
These four files work together; they are no text files, and they cannot be changed directly by another program or a text editor, without the database is destroyed.
The VVwin Application vvwin.exe is managed by this APP's:

The apx files contain the code and can be easily exchanged during updates. They cannot be edited with a text editor because they are in binary form.
Everyone shares the files:
utilvv.apx Application file for statistics, cash service, backup, years turn of
commvv.apx Application file for scheduler, circulars.
The complete application VVwin Club Management passes, at least, of 98,000 lines code!
For the execution of an application exist, in addition, Auxiliary files. These are this:
*.rmd alterable text files, e.g., for payment, dunning, termination letters, web design, server operations,
*.jpg alterable icons, logos and images,
*.vep, *.vip, *.vlf, *.vup, *.vvp non-alterable, coded files for languages, helps, backups, updates and archiving.
Database and Application are installed in the Folder c:\vvwin.
– The subdirectory vvwin\bup takes up the future backup files of the Club Management,
– after the first start own backup subdirectory, e.g., vvwin\bupA is put on for every Client,
– in the subdirectory vvwin\icons are all icons which you can adapt of course for your club,
– in the subdirectory vvwin\jpgs are all images for your club,
– in the subdirectory vvwin\cmnd are all changeable letter and web texts,
– in the subdirectory vvwin\lang are the linguistic modules,
– the subdirectory vvwin\html contains the help html-files,
– the restore items of the database are in the archive vvwin\archv,
– and, finally, the database files have own folder vvwin\vvdb.
